English in Spain   Welcome to our June newsletter and congratulations to all of the ELTons winners this year! Find out below who made the honours list this year.  As football fever takes over we have some great resources to keep students engaged in June from our Premier Skills team.  Also our centre in Alcobendas is organising some free Talks for Teachers.  Hope to see you there! Mark   Academic Teaching Excellence.  (ATE) University of Alcalá- 23 - 27 June 2014.   This new British Council methodology course is perfect for university staff who teach their subjects through English.   ATE is a 35 hour course and offers lecturers hands-on linguistic tools and teaching strategies to communicate effectively in English.     The course has been successfully run in other European countries and we are looking forward to running in Spain.
